At Merci Milo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Bags that show signs of wear or damage due to misuse

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or personalized/custom orders

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at celottikat@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue
